Much of our suffering is stored in our body. Maybe for you it’s tension in the shoulders, headaches, or a racing mind. By approaching healing through a lens that incorporates the whole-body, we can work together so that you can heal fully and sustainably.

The evidence-based treatment we employ includes Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based interventions.

Our team specializes in working with individuals faced with persistent anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Many of these symptoms will manifest in relationship issues, difficulty sleeping, or poor motivation. Together we will explore the root cause that perpetuates suffering and develop strategies to lead a more fulfilling and joyful life.
