Hi, I’m Zoe

Licensed in: Massachusetts

Zoe offers an integrative and multicultural approach to therapy, pulling from several modalities that are tailored to honor each client and their unique journey. Her compassionate, grounding presence complements the whole-human approach Eastern Counseling and Wellness is founded upon. She earned her Masters in Social Work from Salem Statue University and Bachelors in Social Work with a focus on the integration and study of anti-oppression and marginalization from the Toronto Metropolitan University

Zoe has extensive experience collaborating with and supporting diverse populations navigate:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Relationship Issues

In session with Zoe, she will meet you where you are and offer a space that is non-judgemental, respectful, rooted in empathy and curiosity. She understands that daily pressures, work, and relationships can leave us feeling overwhelmed. These often-avoided or masked emotions can spiral into old, familiar behavior patterns. Zoe will hold a space for you to release and process all that arises in a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic space. Together, she will guide you through the process of unburdening and developing new insight and skills to aid in day-to-day life.

Zoe’s therapeutic approach includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Structural and Family Systems Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions

Her additional training as a yoga teacher, as well as her own life experiences allow her to view healing as a process that incorporates the mind, body, and soul.
