In session with Zoe, she will meet you where you are and offer a space that is non-judgemental, respectful, rooted in empathy and curiosity. She understands that daily pressures, work, and relationships can leave us feeling overwhelmed. These often-avoided or masked emotions can spiral into old, familiar behavior patterns. Zoe will hold a space for you to release and process all that arises in a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic space. Together, she will guide you through the process of unburdening and developing new insight and skills to aid in day-to-day life.
Zoe’s therapeutic approach includes:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Structural and Family Systems Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Interventions
Her additional training as a yoga teacher, as well as her own life experiences allow her to view healing as a process that incorporates the mind, body, and soul.
